Cancellation policy
Upon placing a binding order with us, we request a deposit of CZK 1,000 per room.
When you cancel your holiday due to serious (e.g. health or family) reasons, we offer our guests an alternative term.
In case of complete cancellation the deposit will not be returned.
GROUPS, COMPANY EVENTS, FAMILY CELEBRATIONS, SCHOOLS
In case of staying with a larger group of people, company events, residential outdoor school or family events plese contact us and ask for an individual calculation of accommodation and services.
